Established in the early ‘70s, LWC pioneered Architectural Precast Concrete and GFRC façade systems in SE Asia. For over 30 years, LWC has maintained its leadership position in the region through its blend of innovative concrete technology and creative artistic craftsmanship.
LWC specializes in custom-made concrete finishes that is unique in their colours, textures, profiles and forms. It offers a comprehensive service to its clients from feasibility studies, design, manufacturing and installation.
Restoration and Preservation of Historical Buildings
Leveraging on its skills and expertise of concrete craftsmanship honed over the years, LWC has restored many historical buildings. Currently, it is responsible for the cleaning, restoring and preservation of the facades of the National Art Gallery Project, consisting of the Former Supreme Court and the City Hall. Both buildings, built during the British Colonial era, are classified national monuments and are considered to be the most architecturally significant buildings in the region.
LWC was involved in the construction of the Universal Studio Singapore with themeing works such as Hardscape, Theme Painting and and various Faux Finishes such as Venetian Plaster.
LWC enjoys collaborating with architects and designers to develop unique concrete facades customized for their projects.
LWC provides technical assistance to Architects with their preparations of specifications, detailing and samples during the pre-tender stage.
