Architectural Off-Form Precast Concrete and GFRC/GRC Facades
LWC is a company of skilled craftsmen with over 40 years of experience, specializing in custom-order architectural precast concrete and GFRC façade systems. We pride ourselves on our bespoke concrete finishes, unique in their colour, texture, profile and form. In the early 1970s LWC pioneered the architectural precast field in Southeast Asia and remain unmatched in the region today not only because of our artistic craftsmanship and attention to detail, but our dedicated design process and extensive technical knowledge. Our services range from feasibility studies, design, manufacture, and installation.
Restoration and Preservation of Historical Buildings
Leveraging on its skills and expertise of concrete craftsmanship honed over the years, LWC has restored many historical buildings. Currently, it is responsible for the cleaning, restoring and preservation of the facades of the National Art Gallery Project, consisting of the Former Supreme Court and the City Hall. Both buildings, built during the British Colonial era, are classified national monuments and are considered to be the most architecturally significant buildings in the region.
Theming Works
LWC was involved in the construction of the Universal Studio Singapore with theming works such as Hardscape, Theme Painting and various Faux Finishes such as Venetian Plaster.
Bespoke Finishes
LWC enjoys collaborating with architects and designers to develop unique concrete facades customized for their projects.
